Order Delivery
When new supplement orders come in, I get them on my desk.
I hustle them out to the manufacturing floor to get them produced and shipped within 5-7 days. Most times they’re out the door much faster but I’d rather under promise and over deliver. (It’s one of those things my Dad taught me.) Your shipping time will depend on what state it’s being shipped to.
REMEMBER- Horse Moms Supplements are "NOT off the shelf" products... We like to keep things as fresh as possible. Or in the case of custom supplements, we actually custom make your supplements once your order is placed.
I’m not kidding when I say we try to keep everything as fresh as possible. Fresh = Potent
Besides we’re a small company and we want to make sure that everything we do meets Marys (my wife’s) expectations. She knows what she wants and doesn’t settle... Just sayin’.
You can choose from two different ways to order.
1.) Order when you’d like on your schedule
You can order online or you can mail a check to us for the total amount (and that includes shippin’). Once we receive the “cash” your horses supplements are produced and are out the door on there way to you.
2.) We also offer automatic delivery (I call it guaranteed love) so after your first order the rest of your orders are placed on a schedule and shipped one week ahead so your horse doesn’t run out of supplements.
We’ll e-mail and mail you a reminder for your horse moms wellness supplements two weeks prior to his scheduled run out date so you know it’s comin’.
Automatic Delivery (guaranteed love)
When you pay by credit card you have a choice of being put on automatic delivery. We arrange it so your horse will get his horse moms wellness supply of supplements on a regular basis.
(Like I said guaranteed love.)

We automatically ship every 30 days. Or 60 days depending on how you choose to order your supply.
Because each horse moms supplement is a special order, we process your card before we blend your horses supplements.
(we have a cranky accountant that chases me around the barn if I don’t get this right)
So 7 days before your automatic order ships (and your card is charged) we’ll call you for confirmation just so there’s no surprises.

If you’re taking good care of your horse and you trust us to help you take care of him (I’m not bein’ sexist it’s just a guy thing)... Than I thought it would be nice to say thank you for your business and show you that we really do appreciate you and your horse.
I still get dirty looks from that cranky old accountant but my job is to help take care of you... So it gives me a lot of pleasure to pack your order up and send it out to you for free.
UPS ground delivery
We normally ship UPS. (I have a brother in law who’s a UPS sales guy... (really I do.)
But we make exceptions... just keep it between us.
They need a street address and won’t accept a P.O. Box number. The shipping fees are based on the package weight as well as your zip code.
If you need special arrangements for shipping, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. You’ll see some of the options and details below the map.

Zone 1 = 5-6 days delivery Zone 2 = 4-5 days delivery Zone 3 = 3-4 days delivery
Zone 4 = 2-3 days delivery Zone 5 = 1-2 days delivery
U.S. mail delivery
To ship U.S. mail a street address or P.O. Box number will work just fine. The shipping fees are based on the package weight as well as your zip code.
We usually send orders through the U.S. mail when you tell us otherwise they go UPS.
One exception though... When we ship your “refill order” and you use our environmentally conscious packing you’ll get it delivered by U.S. Mail “Priority” shipping and we pay the freight. It’s a neat service.
Your package fits in their box and it ships any where in the continental US on our dime. Pretty neat!

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and International delivery
For pricing or for rate information, Canada and international, duty charges may apply. Depends.. and that’s why we make sure to do our homework once we know where you want us to deliver it.
Please fill in the wire transfer form (fill in as much of the form as you feel comfortable with), just make sure to give us your address details and what you’d like to order along with any specific delivery and shipping requirements you might need.
Once we get the form, we’ll get you a quote based on your shipping needs. We normally ship F.O.B. our dock but we can certainly accommodate you. Just let me know.
The goal is to get your horse moms products delivered to you where ever you may be. So have a look at the form and we’ll get you all the details you need from our side.
One more thing... Mary loves to travel so if the timings right we might even hand deliver it :-)
It’s important that you know where your stuff is... and we get that.
So we’ll send you off an e-mail order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding Holidays and weekends usually).
Once your order is shipped you’ll receive another e-mail with the Delivery Confirmation Number. That way we both can track that package of yours all the way to your door step. Works for both UPS and the US mail.
For all other forms of shipping we’ll make sure to share every detail so we’ll both keep an eye on it.
Taxes
We currently collect state sales tax when the shipping address is to the great state of Connecticut.
My 1st question is where’s all that tax money from the casinos going? But don’t get me started...
